What Can You Do With CSS?

With CSS you can:

• Style text — fonts, sizes, weights, line spacing, colors, and web fonts.
• Build layouts — navigation bars, card grids, sidebars, and whole page layouts with Flexbox and Grid.
• Make pages responsive — adapt layouts to screen size with media queries, and components to their container with container queries.
• Theme a site — light and dark modes and brand colors, all driven by custom properties.
• Animate — hover effects, transitions between states, loading spinners, and scroll-driven effects.
• Style forms — consistent inputs, checkboxes, focus rings, and validation states.
• Print — print-specific styles for invoices, tickets, and articles.
• Draw — gradients, shadows, shapes, and filters, often replacing images.
