Frequently asked questions
- Is my expression evaluated with a plain JavaScript eval()?
- No — expressions run through a small hand-written parser that only understands numbers, x, and a fixed set of math functions and operators. Arbitrary JavaScript (like calling a browser function) is rejected outright, never executed.
