Quiz App

Extend the beginner quiz into a class-based Quiz with questions loaded from a JSON file, tracking score across a session.

Expense Tracker

Store expenses (amount, category, date) in a SQLite database; support adding an expense and printing a total per category.

Weather API Client

Call a public weather API with requests, parse the JSON response, and print a short forecast summary. Handle the case where the API request fails.

Simple REST API

Using Flask or FastAPI, build a small API with endpoints to create and list "to-do" items, backed by the SQLite database from the Databases lesson.

Web Scraper

Given a page URL, fetch its HTML with requests and extract specific data (e.g. article titles) with BeautifulSoup. Always check a site's terms of service and robots.txt before scraping it.
